Will Not Disappoint

Samoosa pastry (purr) is lighter than puff, and not as fussy as filo. It is a soft, light pastry to make the perfect crispy samoosas.

• ± 50 sheets per packet.

Keep the pastry frozen until you need it, and then defrost in a moist kitchen towel. Overnight is best. Wrap and freeze any unused pastry.
