Korma Bulk spice for 10 kg

All the ground and whole spices you need for a delicious korma. Enough spices for 10kgs of your main ingredient ie. meat/ chicken/ veg.

This is different from the traditional curry, in that you braise your meat with the spices. In another pan you fry up some onions, and then blend it with yogurt. then you pour this mixture over the braised meat, and let it slow cook till the meat falls off the bone.
